Dr. Ravi Gaur is a qualified Onco pathologist by profession and has 30 years + experience in the field of Pathology and Health care management. His Core competence - Pathology, Molecular Biology, genomics, Immunology, personalized & precision medicine, and evolving technologies. Dr. Gaur is one of the pioneer pathologists who has changed the trend of pathology practice in India by introducing many advanced assays & algorithms, POCs, Nextgen sequencing, flow cytometry, LCMS, bioinformatics, digital pathology, and Integrated ICT (Information Communications Technology) systems in India. He is an expert in setting up Diagnostic chains, Wellness centers, Allied Healthcare Businesses, Hospital lab management, Bioinformatics, LIMS,  M&A, Skill training centers, Home care, Mobile services, Public-private partnerships and much more. In the past, he has successfully established 100 + independent and 30 hospital labs of various sizes and nature across the country. Currently, he is working as Principal Advisor Spice Health Ltd, (a health venture of Spice jet airlines Ltd), Ex-Director  & Chair Medical Advisory Committee, Oncquest Laboratories.
